  Luc Vitk - Environment
  Environment (2021) is a piece for one performer, singing and playing the accordion, harmonica, and feedback. The piece is based on twelve graphic scores, which are visual studies of a movement from the center to the edges. With the accordion, harmonica, and feedback, I create an environment for the voice to come in and perform the shapes and trajectories of the graphic scores. In the piece, I search for resonant frequencies, combination tones, and beatings, which are activated by the voice in relationship with the instrumental environment and the architecture of the specific space.
